Integrate, an Australia-based event for leaders and professionals in the AV industry, will be held in Melbourne for the first time this year at Melbourne Exhibition and Conference Centre from August 25 to August 27. The show is a conduit for local and global brands to meet with buyers and distributors, while communicating new solutions to AV technicians and end users in Australia. In 2014, the event had 5,100 total visits with 4,180 visitors and 129 exhibitors.
Integrate 2015 will showcase the AV industry’s new and innovative technologies with more than 500 leading brands bringing products to the interactive show floor.
Integrate Event Manager, Soren Norgaard, said he was excited to bring an invigorated Integrate event to Melbourne and expects about 5000 AV industry professionals to attend.
“The draw of Integrate is that it showcases the latest technologies in an environment where AV and other professionals, such as IT and facility managers, can interact with them up close so they can fully understand how they work to help them find the best AV solutions for their end-users,” Norgaard said.
“As the industry’s largest event it is also the ideal platform for industry professionals to network with industry leaders and sharpen their skills and product knowledge.”
Leading brands at this year’s event – including Hills, AMX, Samsung, Panasonic, Sony and Schneider Electric – will unveil the latest AV technology and solutions, from home automation, unified communication, digital displays, audio and entertainment technology and Core AV.
In addition, the Integrate speaker series will cover industry trends and training, and feature leading industry experts from Telstra, Extron Electronics, Samsung, Philips among others. Event partner and international industry trade association, InfoComm International, will also be holding educational seminars for professionals looking to keep ahead in the fast-paced AV industry and gain industry certification.
Terry Friesenborg, Chief Global Officer at InfoComm International, said InfoComm is pleased to be part of the premier audiovisual trade show in Australia.
“We look forward to offering unparalleled AV education, business information and networking opportunities alongside exhibits from the leading AV industry brands at Integrate in Melbourne,” Friesenborg said.
“We had great exhibitor feedback from the 2014 event, however we have worked hard to bring an even stronger show to Melbourne this year to provide exhibitors and attendees with a cutting edge AV experiential event,” Norgaard said.
