Hoomvip, a Madrid-based rental property solution provider, has launched a smart service that allows landlords to provide digital keys, check guests in and out remotely and monitor property status in real time 24 hours a day.
Hoomvip’s new service is enabled with the ENTR smart door lock, from Assa Abloy brand, TESA. With the smart lock installed, apartment owners and agents no longer need to manage physical keys.
An open, in-app channel is also being offered to provide additional services during the guest’s stay, such as a personal video introduction by the landlord or details about how to operate the boiler, which make apartment management more effortless for the landlord while providing greater convenience for the guest.

Hoomvip’s service integrates ENTR and home automation solution ELEAOpen.
